What's the latest I can order for same-day delivery?
For delivery around 3 PM, place your order before 12:00 PM Melbourne time. Orders placed after 12 PM are still delivered the same day, later in the afternoon.
What exact time will my flowers arrive?
Orders before 12 PM arrive around 3 PM. Orders after 12 PM arrive later in the afternoon. Exact arrival times aren't guaranteed — our drivers run pre-planned routes across each zone for efficiency, so timing depends on where your recipient sits in the day's run. Need a specific time slot? Contact us and we'll do our best.
What if my recipient isn't home?
Our driver will leave the bouquet in a safe spot (porch, building reception, with a neighbour if you've specified) and notify the recipient. If we can't leave it safely, we'll return it to the store and contact you to arrange redelivery — a small fee may apply.
Can I change the address, message, or order after placing it?
Yes — if your bouquet hasn't been arranged yet. Call us immediately on 03 9191 3999 (Box Hill) or 03 9191 6636 (Melbourne Central). Once florists begin arranging, changes can't be made.
What if I miss the 12 PM cutoff?
No problem — orders after 12 PM are still delivered the same day, later in the afternoon. Or, if you'd prefer pickup, place the order today and collect from either store 1 hour after we open tomorrow — no need to call ahead.
How will I know when the flowers are delivered?
You'll receive an order confirmation email when you check out, and a delivery confirmation once the bouquet has been handed over. For real-time status, contact us — we'll check with the driver directly.
Can I include a gift card message?
Yes — add your message at checkout in the Gift Card Message field. We hand-write every message onto a physical gift card that ships with the bouquet. Keep it under 250 characters to fit nicely on the card.
