3 点前下单保证当天送达，但不承诺具体时间——司机按区跑预排路线以保证效率。需要指定时间送达？联系我们安排。
收件人不在家怎么办？
司机会把花放在安全位置（门廊、楼宇前台，或您指定的邻居处）并通知收件人。无法安全放置时会带回门店并与您联系安排再送，可能产生少量费用。
下单后可以改地址、贺卡或订单吗？

About Ordering Today
What's the latest I can order for same-day delivery?
Order before 3:00 PM Melbourne time for same-day delivery. If you need same-day delivery after 3 PM, or at a specific time, please contact us — we'll do our best to accommodate.
What exact time will my flowers arrive?
Same-day delivery is guaranteed when you order by 3 PM, but we don't promise a specific arrival time — our drivers run pre-planned routes across each zone for efficiency. Need delivery at a specific time? Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What if my recipient isn't home?
Our driver will leave the bouquet in a safe spot (porch, building reception, with a neighbour if you've specified) and notify the recipient. If we can't leave it safely, we'll return it to the store and contact you to arrange redelivery — a small fee may apply.
Can I change the address, message, or order after placing it?
Yes — if your bouquet hasn't been arranged yet. Call us immediately on 03 9191 3999 (Box Hill) or 03 9191 6636 (Melbourne Central). Once florists begin arranging, changes can't be made.
What if I miss the 3 PM cutoff?
Contact us — we'll do our best to arrange same-day delivery after 3 PM. Or, if you'd prefer pickup, place the order today and collect from either store 1 hour after we open tomorrow — no need to call ahead.
How will I know when the flowers are delivered?
You'll receive an order confirmation email when you check out, and a delivery confirmation once the bouquet has been handed over. For real-time status, contact us — we'll check with the driver directly.
Can I include a gift card message?
Yes — add your message at checkout in the Gift Card Message field. We hand-write every message onto a physical gift card that ships with the bouquet. Keep it under 250 characters to fit nicely on the card.

What if there's a problem with my order?
We stand behind every arrangement. If something's wrong — damaged flowers, wrong order, didn't arrive — contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right. Full details in our refund policy.
