What time do I need to order for same-day delivery?
Order before 3:00 PM Melbourne time for same-day delivery — seven days a week across Greater Melbourne. If you need same-day delivery after 3 PM, or at a specific time, please contact us — we'll do our best to accommodate. Full terms in our shipping policy.
Which Melbourne areas do you deliver to?
Postcodes 3000–3211 (CBD & inner), 3335–3338 and 3427–3429 (Sunbury & Melton), 3750–3815 (Doncaster to Pakenham), 3910–3944 and 3975–3980 (Bayside & Peninsula). Use the postcode checker above for instant confirmation.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the distance from our closest store to your delivery address. See our shipping policy for full pricing details.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes — pickup is free at both Box Hill Central and Melbourne Central. Choose Pickup at checkout. For orders placed the day before, your bouquet will be ready 1 hour after the store opens — no need to call ahead. See store addresses and hours.
Do you deliver outside the standard postcodes?
We may be able to deliver outside our standard zones for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote.
How long will my flowers last?
With proper care, most fresh bouquets stay vibrant for around a week. Re-trim stems every two days, change the water every two to three days, and keep arrangements away from direct sunlight, heat vents, and ripening fruit. For longer-lasting options, see our preserved flowers or dried bouquets.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We stand behind every arrangement. Read our refund policy or contact us within 24 hours of delivery — we'll make it right.
